Policy of Exchange, Return and Refund

- In the case of overseas delivery, partial redelivery is not possible
- Returns and exchanges are not possible if the packaging has been opened or the packaging has been damaged and the product value has been lost

Default shipping is by UPS STANDARD option
- Free delivery within Germany for orders over 49Euro, and 7.50Euro for orders under 49Euro
- If you select the UPS EXPRESS shipping option within Germany, an additional charge of 14.00Euro will be incurred and expedited delivery is possible so that you can receive it the next day after shipment. (However, the delivery deadline for UPS Express may be slightly delayed depending on the carrier's circumstances)
- If you order 49Euro over, then you may pay extra 6.50Euro only
After the product is released, UPS automatically sends a notification email, and you can check the delivery tracking and estimated delivery date through the email.
